               By HR department
At the beginning of the year, in order to make our ethics-related framework more easily accessible, the HR department grouped all the relevant information and resources under a single point of reference at https://hr.web.cern.ch/ethics.
To go further and ensure that every CERN staff member is aware of the guidelines of our ethical framework, the HR department has developed an e-learning course titled “Ethics at CERN”, now available in English and French on the CERN Learning Hub.
Ethics is essential, in particular in our workplace. It contributes to a positive and productive work environment whilst fostering trust among us, as CERN contributors, and also the trust of our stakeholders, such as Member States, contractors, and research institutions.
We encourage all CERN staff to take this new e-learning course. At CERN, our ethics-related framework aims to guide us to act in accordance with the Organization’s values and the conduct expected of us, and to establish and maintain a respectful working environment. It is up to each and every one of us to respect it.
For more information or questions about ethics at CERN, please contact info-codeofconduct@cern.ch.
